The present invention relates to a self-propelled type roll baler, comprising: a vehicle part including a lawn mower and a harvester as one body at the front, and traveling using the drive force of the engine； a hopper part coupled to the vehicle part, receiving feedstuff crops discharged through the harvester, and including a hopper conveyor for conveying the received feedstuff crops to an outlet； and a roll bale molding part operated using the drive force of the engine and including a transfer conveyor for transferring the feedstuff from the outlet of the hopper part, a bale molding device for molding the feedstuff crops delivered through the transfer conveyor using a roll bale, and a taking out device. Here, the hopper conveyor and the transfer conveyor are separately driven, respectively. According to the present invention, the vehicle part includes the lawn mower and the harvester as one body, and the hopper part and the roll bale molding part are driven using the drive force of the engine of the vehicle part, thereby being capable of autonomously conducting traveling and baling works. At the time of a roll bale molding work, the operation of the hopper conveyor driven separately from the transfer conveyor is stopped, thereby effectively preventing the outflow of the feedstuff crops to the transfer conveyor, and thus remarkably reducing the defect rate.본 발명은 자주식 롤 베일러에 관한 것으로서, 전단에 예초기 및 작물수확기를 일체로 구비하고, 엔진의 구동력을 이용하여 주행하는 차체부；와 상기 차체부에 체결되어 상기 작물수확기를 통해 배출되는 사료작물을 수납하며, 상기 수납된 사료작물을 배출구로 이송시키는 호퍼컨베이어가 구비되는 호퍼부； 및 상기 엔진의 구동력을 이용하여 작동하며, 상기 호퍼부의 배출구로부터 사료작물을 운반시키는 반송컨베이어와 상기 반송컨베이어를 통해 운반된 사료작물을 롤 베일로 성형시키는 베일성형장치 및 조출기가 구비되는 롤베일성형부；를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 호퍼컨베이어 및 반송컨베이어는 각각 별개로 구동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 의하면, 차체부에 예초기 및 작물수확기를 일체로 구비하고 차체부의 엔진 구동력을 이용하여 호퍼부와 롤베일성형부를 구동시킴으로써 자체적으로 주행 및 베일링 작업이 가능하게 되며, 롤 베일성형 작업시에는 반송컨베이어와 별개로 구동되는 호퍼컨베이어의 작동을 중지시킴으로써 사료작물이 반송컨베이어로 유출되는 것을 효과적으로 방지하여 불량률을 현저하게 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
