A method to enhance a non-surgical medical treatment, the method including, applying an antifibrinolytic agent to an area of skin for non- surgical medical treatment prior to the non-surgical medical treatment, beginning the non-surgical medical treatment to the area of skin and continuing the non-surgical medical treatment until the non-surgical medical treatment is completed. Further, a composition to enhance a non-surgical medical treatment, the composition including an antifibrinolytic agent. Finally, a method to enhance treatment of a non-surgical medical treatment, the method including, beginning the non-surgical medical treatment to an area of skin, continuing the non-surgical medical treatment until the non-surgical medical treatment is completed and applying an antifibrinolytic agent to the area of skin, where the applying is at least one of before, during and after the non-surgical medical treatment has started.
