Disclosed herein are methods of co-administering a BTK inhibitor (eg, ibrutinib) and an anti-CD20 therapeutic agent and a co-administration regimen for the treatment of hematological malignancies. In one aspect, a combined dosing regimen comprising a first stage and a second stage for the treatment of a hematological malignancy in a subject in need of treatment of the hematological malignancy, wherein the first stage comprises a single step A first long-term administration of a BTK inhibitor as a drug treatment, and the second stage is a second long-term administration of a combination of a BTK inhibitor and an anti-CD20 therapeutic agent.
