PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of blood pressure measurement by taking blood viscosity into account.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measuring device 10 includes a light emitting part 52-1 and 2 for irradiating a user 2 with irradiation light of a first wavelength and irradiation light of a second wavelength, and a light receiving part 54 for receiving light that reflects or transmits in a living body of the user 2. A blood vessel resistance calculation part 156 in a calculation part 150 calculates a blood flow rate and blood vessel resistance based on a light receiving result of the light receiving part 54 following the irradiation of the irradiation light of the first wavelength and a light receiving result of the light receiving part 54 following the irradiation of the irradiation light of the second wavelength, and calculates a blood pressure from the blood flow rate and the blood vessel resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】血液粘度を考慮して血圧測定の精度向上を図ること。【解決手段】血圧測定装置10は、使用者2に第1波長の照射光と第2波長の照射光とを照射する発光部52-1,2と、使用者2の生体内で反射或いは透過した光を受光する受光部54とを備える。そして、演算部150において血管抵抗算出部156が、第1波長の照射光の照射に伴う受光部54の受光結果と、第2波長の照射光の照射に伴う受光部54の受光結果とに基づいて血流量及び血管抵抗を算出し、血流量と血管抵抗とから血圧を算出する。【選択図】図4
