PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement assist device improving mobility of a user, while securing driving force using artificial muscle parts.SOLUTION: Movement assist suits 10 include first belts 14 that are integrally connected to a jacket 12 and disposed from a back side to a front side. Artificial muscle parts 22 are disposed on the back side of the jacket 12 along the vertical direction and are contracted by air supply to pull the belts. First connection part 36 are provided on the back side of the jacket 12, connect upper ends of the artificial muscle parts 22 to the first belts 14, or release the connection. Second connection parts 38 are provided on the back side of the jacket 12 on a lower side of the first connection parts 36, connected to lower ends of the artificial muscle parts 22, or release the connection.
