The present invention relates to a hydraulic waste vinyl collector for a tractor, capable of simply separating and removing a roll of waste vinyl from a waste vinyl collector by using a hydraulic cylinder. The present invention includes a rotary shaft receiving rotational force of a tractor in the lower part of a frame including a three-point support unit installed in the tractor. A side of a driving shaft is fixed to the upper part of the frame through a bearing while being rotated by the rotational force of the rotary shaft delivered to a belt. A moving protection wheel is inserted into the driving shaft to be moved to the left and right while being rotated, being combined with the driving shaft, while a protection wheel is fixed to the front end of the driving shaft. A combiner is installed in the moving protection wheel in a direction, in which the frame is installed, to make the hydraulic cylinder combined with both sides of the combiner. The combiner is combined through a bearing to enable only the moving protection wheel to be rotated, and an arrangement link is installed in the upper part of the frame to move the waste vinyl to the left and right to wind the vinyl on the driving shaft.본 발명은 트랙터용 유압식 폐비닐 수거기에 관한 것으로, 폐비닐 수거기에 감긴 폐비닐 뭉치를 유압실린더를 이용하여 간단히 분리 제거시키는 것이다.본 발명은 일측으로 트랙터에 장착되는 3점 지지구가 구비되는 프레임의 하측으로 트랙터의 회전력을 전달받은 회전축을 구비하고, 상기 프레임의 상측으로는 구동축의 일측을 베어링으로 고정된 상태에서 벨트로 전달되는 회전축의 회전동력으로 회전되게 하고, 상기 구동축에는 좌우로 이동하는 한편 구동축에 결합된 상태로 회전되는 이동보호휠을 끼워주는 한편 구동축의 선단에는 보호휠을 고정하고, 상기 이동보호휠은 프레임이 설치된 방향으로 체결구를 설치하여 프레임의 상측에 고정된 유압실린더가 체결구의 양쪽으로 각각 결합되게 하고, 상기 체결구는 베어링으로 이동보호휠만 회전되게 결합하고, 상기 프레임의 상부 일측에는 구동축에 감기는 폐비닐이 끼워져 좌우로 이동되며 구동축에 감기게 하는 정렬링크를 설치함으로써 이루어진다.
