PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance that excels portability and storage properties, can be easily set up anywhere, can be used as furniture, prevents or treats lumbago very effectively, and has the effective side as for a usual health appliance for the lumbar and the aftercare after sport.SOLUTION: A lumbago instrument 15 includes: a supporting member 1 that can touch with the thoracic part side of a human body and a seat surface section 10 that supports the upper hip of a human body from the lower side when being used as a chair. The health appliance 15 of a chair type also includes a connection exercising devices 4, 5 and 6 (link mechanism) that can evenly support the upper-body of a human body from both sides of a thoracic part. A stopper pin 11 is released, thereby the seat surface section 10 becomes the motive to the lower side, the supporting member 1 moves to the inside of both sides of the thoracic part of a human body and supports it by the fixed position. The waist of a human body is floated in the air by the supporting member 1 while the hip revolts downward.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は携帯性、収納性に優れ、どこでも簡単に設置することができ、家具としても使用することが可能であり、腰痛を非常に効果的に予防、又は治療する。日常の腰の健康器具及びスポーツ後のアフターケアとしても効果的側面をもつ。【解決手段】 腰痛器具15は人体の胸部側面を当接することができる支持部1と、椅子としての使用時には人体の上臀部を下方から支持する座面部10を備えている。この椅子型の健康器具15は人体の上半身を胸部両側面から均等に支持することができる連結運動装置(リンク機構)4、5、6も備えている。ストッパーピン11を解除することにより座面部10が下方への動機となり、1が人体の胸部両側面の内側に動き定位置で支えることになる。臀部が下方へ離反する一方、1により、人体の腰部を空中に浮かせる。【選択図】図1
