This invention provides a solid form cosmetic in which an ample amount of a silicone oil of high refractive index is stably contained and which exhibits a shiny finish and a smoothing effect on skin. The solid form emulsified cosmetic of the present invention is characterized in containing (A) 4~18 mass% of a silicone oil of highrefractive index of 1.45 or higher at 25℃, (B) (dimethicone/phenyvinyl dimethicone closspolymer and (C) a hydrophobic or hydrophobically treated powder, and (D) a wax.本發明提供一種固形乳化化粧料為目的。該固形乳化化粧料係安定地調配多量的高折射率聚矽氧油,且有光澤的完妝及凹凸皮膚的補平效果。即,本發明的固形乳化化粧料的特徵是包含:(A)25℃下的折射率在1.45以上的高折射率聚矽氧油4至18質量%,(B)(二甲基矽酮(dimethicone)/苯基乙烯基二甲基矽酮)交聯聚合物,(C)疏水性或疏水化處理粉體,及(D)蠟。
