Specifically disclosed are: a metal salen complex derivative produced by binding at least one component of interest selected from an enzyme, an antibody, an antigen, a peptide an amino acid, an oligonucleotide, a protein, a nucleic acid and a pharmaceutical molecule to a metal salen complex through an amide bond or a disulfide bond and a process for producing the metal salen complex derivative.
