The invention relates to medicine, particularly to ophthalmology.The device for treatment of hypermature senile cataract includes a syringe with a blunt needle, bent at an angle of 135° with the longitudinal axis of the syringe, the needle length being of 10 mm.The method for treatment of hypermature senile cataract consists in that it is carried out the local and regional anesthesia, is fixed the superior rectus muscle, is carried out an incision of conjunctiva at the limbus level, corresponding to 10…14oclock and of cornea, corresponding to 11…13 oclock, is opened the anterior chamber and is carried out the anterior capsulorhexis at the level of 11 oclock, with the help of the device according to the invention is mobilized the nucleus, after which it is fixed and removed by circular motions clockwise, and then it is implanted an artificial lens, is sutured the cornea and conjunctiva, and in the conjunctival space is administered an antibiotic and a steroid remedy.Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oftalmologie.Dispozitivul pentru tratamentul cataractei senile hipermature include o seringă cu ac bont, îndoit sub un unghi de 135° faţă de axa longitudinală a seringii, lungimea acului fiind de 10 mm.Metoda de tratament al cataractei senile hipermature constă în aceea că se efectuează anestezia locală şi regională, se fixează muşchiul rect superior, se efectuează o incizie a conjunctivei la nivelul limbului, ce corespunde orelor 10°°…14°° şi a corneei ce corespunde orelor 11°°…13°°, se deschide camera anterioară şi se efectuează capsulorexusul anterior la nivelul orei 11°°, cu ajutorul dispozitivului conform invenţiei se mobilizează nucleul, după care el se fixează şi se înlătură prin mişcări de rotaţie în direcţia acelor de ceasornic, apoi se implantează cristalinul artificial, se suturează corneea şi conjunctiva, iar în spaţiul subconjunctival se introduce un antibiotic şi un remediu steroid.Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к офтальмологии.Уст
