The invention relates to a device for removing soil from tuberous plants, such as potatoes, which device comprises:- a main frame；- a first stationary roller arranged in the main frame；- a second stationary roller arranged in the main frame parallel to and at a distance of the first stationary roller；- a sub-frame arranged movable in the main frame；- a number of parallel rollers arranged in the sub-frame and arranged parallel to the first and second stationary rollers；wherein the number of rollers comprises a first end roller arranged at one end of the sub-frame and a second end roller arranged at the opposite end of the sub-frame；wherein the axis of the first end roller is movable along a first semi-circular path with the center coinciding with the axis of the first stationary roller； andwherein the axis of the second end roller is movable along a second semi-circular path with the center coinciding with the axis of the second stationary roller.
