PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle preventing a drunk driving and an occurrence of a failure that a contact of a relay is welded, in a configuration in which a relay having a normal close structure interlocked with a drinking detecting device is provided in series with an ignition switch and a starter motor of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A relay 30 having a normal close structure is provided in series with an ignition switch 1 and a starter motor 2 of a vehicle. A body ECU 5 activates an interlock ECU 3 when receiving an unlocking signal from a door key cylinder 50, and the interlock ECU 3 opens the relay 30 without delay.
