PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor and an oxygen condensing apparatus capable of reducing noises generated by valves when raw material air is sucked to produce compressed air.SOLUTION: A compressor 10 that compresses raw material air to produce compressed air includes a case section 23, a drive motor 11 having an output shaft 15 in the case section 23, head sections 21, 22 that operate by rotation of the output shaft 15 of the drive motor 11, suck and compress the raw material air to produce the compressed air, a first valve 194A that is arranged in the head sections 21, 22 and opens and closes when the raw material air is taken into the head sections 21, 22, and a second valve 194B that opens and closes when the compressed air compressed within the head sections 21, 22 is discharged.
