The present invention relates to an agricultural product drying apparatus. According to the present invention, outside air is suctioned into the apparatus during purification of the outside air, and dust or foreign matter dregs of an agricultural product are filtered during circulation of the suctioned and purified water. In addition, residual heat is recovered to be reused with a hot air blower. The present invention includes: a box-shaped main body having an accommodating portion； an air suctioning unit provided on the main body, suctioning the outside air, and transporting it to a drying space in the accommodating portion； a filter disposed in the air suctioning unit and purifying the air； the hot air blower provided on the main body, heating the air in the drying space, and drying the agricultural product with the heated air, the agricultural product being loaded on an agricultural product drying rack in the drying space； a suctioning and discharge duct suctioning high-temperature heat passing through the drying space； a cyclone unit separating and removing the dust or foreign matter dregs of the agricultural product from the high-temperature heat through the suctioning and discharge duct； and a heat recovery unit transporting the high-temperature heat to the hot air blower side after the high-temperature heat passes through the cyclone unit.본 발명은 외부공기를 정화시키면서 장치 내로 흡입되도록 하고, 흡입된 정화 공기를 순환시키는 과정에서 먼지나 농산물의 이물질찌꺼기는 걸러내며, 잔열을 회수하여 열풍기와 함께 재사용하도록 하는 농산물 건조장치에 관한 것으로서, 수용부를 갖는 박스 형태의 본체, 상기 본체 상에 구비되며, 외부의 에어를 흡입하여 수용부내의 건조공간으로 이송하는 에어흡입부, 상기 에어흡입부에 설치되어 에어를 정화하는 필터, 상기 본체 상에 구비되어 건조공간 내의 에어를 가열하고, 가열된 에어로 건조공간 내의 농산물건조대에 적재된 농산물을 건조하는 열풍기, 상기 건조공간을 경유한 고온열기를 흡입하는 흡배기덕트, 상기 흡배기덕트를 통해 고온열기에서 먼지나 농산물의 이물질찌꺼기를 분리 제거하는 싸이클론부, 상기 싸이클론부를 거친 고온열기를 열풍기 측으로 이송하는 열회수부를 포함하여서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 농산물 건조장치로 된 것이다.
