A bone implant is presented to improve high manufacturing cost of prior bone implant. This bone implant comprises an implant body, an abutment body and an inner nail. The implant body has an abutment containing area and a locking area inside. The abutment body containing area has an anti-rotate portion with a minimum inner radial width. The abutment body has an elastic deformation portion with a plurality of elastic slices set separately, to form a groove between any two adjacent elastic slices. The elastic deformation portion has a maximum outer radial width before deformation, and the maximum outer radial width is larger than the minimum inner radial width. The elastic deformation portion is arranged to the anti-rotate portion of the abutment body.
