A cartridge (100) for use with a driver (300) includes the implant magazine (200), a housing (60) in which the implant magazine (200) is disposed, and a blade (30) having a longitudinal axis and being at least partially and rotatably disposed within the housing (60). A kit includes a driver (300), a motor, and the cartridge (100) configured for cooperation with the driver (300) to be operated by the motor. A method of using the driver (300) includes inserting an implant (230) into a medium.
