To provide a technology to suppress an influence of another biological information which is different from biological information to be measured in measuring biological information.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus includes: means for irradiating a light toward a measurement position； spectral means for spectrally diffusing reflection light from a living body at a measurement position according to a wavelength； light receiving means including a plurality of pixels for receiving light including a predetermined wavelength spectrally diffused by the spectral means； detection means for detecting a sampling value indicating light receiving results of the plurality of pixels at sampling timing； means for generating a biological signal related to first biological information from the sampling value at each sampling timing of a first pixel of the light receiving means； and means for determining a cycle of the biological signal.
