The present invention relates to a method for preparing a poultry feed by using food waste and grain processed by-products, and to a poultry feed prepared thereby. The method comprises the steps of: a) collecting, washing, drying, and grinding food waste to prepare food waste powder； b) drying and grinding grain processed by-products to prepare grain processed by-product powder； and c) mixing 15-20 parts by weight of the food waste powder and 75-85 parts by weight of the grain processed by-product powder to dry and mold the mixture. Due to the use of the poultry feed prepared according to the present invention, remaining food which is a wasted resource can be effectively utilized and the grain processed by-product, which has no value as a commodity can be utilized to distribute a high-quality feed with low fat content and high protein content at a low price to the general, thereby leading to a decrease in production costs for livestock products.본 발명은 (a) 음식물 쓰레기를 수거, 세척, 건조 및 분쇄하여 음식물 쓰레기 파우더를 제조하는 단계와, (b) 곡류 가공 부산물을 건조 및 분쇄하여 곡류 가공 부산물 파우더를 제조하는 단계 및 (c) 상기 음식물 쓰레기 파우더 15 ~ 20 중량부 및 상기 곡류 가공 부산물 파우더 75 ~ 85 중량부를 혼합, 건조 및 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기 및 곡류 가공 부산물을 이용한 가금류 사료의 제조 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 가금류 사료에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 가금류 사료를 사용함으로써 남은 음식물로 낭비되는 자원의 효과적인 활용이 가능하고, 상품가치가 없는 곡류 가공 부산물을 활용하여 저지방, 고단백의 고품위 사료를 저렴하게 일반에 보급할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 축산물의 생산원가를 절감할 수 있다.
