PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of maintaining body fluid drawability while improving decorativeness by applying coloring.SOLUTION: In an absorbent article 1, a plurality of first compressed portions 23 are formed along an outer periphery of a first area R1 including the center of an excretory opening abutting area, and a plurality of second compressed portions 24 longer in interval than the first compressed portions are formed in second area R2 on the longitudinal outside with respect to the first area. The first and second compressed portions comprise bottoms 23A and 24A which are positioned on a clothing abutting surface side in a thickness direction, and wall portions 23B and 24B which are elongated toward a skin abutting surface side from peripheries of the bottoms. A second seat or a surface sheet is provided with a plurality of colored portions 12. An interval between the colored portions is different from an interval between the first compressed portions and different from an interval between the second compressed portions.
