PURPOSE: A dental implant is provided to join a fixture with an abutment tightly by the power of an expansion ring fixed to the inner wall of the fixture. CONSTITUTION: A dental implant comprises a fixture(100)； an abutment(200)； a setscrew(300)； a movable ring(400) which is inserted into the inner side of the fixture, screw-coupled to the lower section of the fixture, and moved up and down by the rotation of a setscrew； an expansion ring(500) inserted into the inside of the fixture is passed by a setscrew to pressurize the inner wall of a fixture. The fixture is formed with an inserting hole inserted with an expansion ring, a movable ring, and a setscrew into the inner, a cohesion hole intercalated binding with an abutment is formed at the upper end part of the inserting hole, and a tiny micro blaster part is formed in a sidewall of the inserting hole.본 발명은 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 종래의 나사 결합방식이 아닌 팽창링을 이용하여 어버트먼트와 픽스쳐를 견고히 결합시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 기존의 나사결합방식이 가지고 있던 문제점들을 해결함과 동시에 픽스쳐의 내부에 나사산이 필요없게 되어 내부 나사산이 마모된 기존의 픽스쳐의 재활용이 가능하도록 하는 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 픽스쳐, 어버트먼트 및 고정나사를 포함하여 구성되는 치과용 임플란트에 있어서, 상기 픽스쳐의 내측에 삽입되어 고정나사의 하단부에 나사 결합되는 이동링과, 상기 이동링의 상부에 위치되도록 하여 픽스쳐의 내측에 삽입되고 그 내측으로 고정나사가 통과되는 팽창링을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
