FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and urology and can be used to stop hemorrhage in operations on such organs as liver, spleen and kidney. Device contains biocompatible bioresistant polymer flat implant with even number of holes on the centre for passing ligature. Implant is made in form of two rectangular pads with rounded angles from knitted fabric with application of two systems of polyester filaments with linear density not less than 30 tex. Parameters of first system knitting are 1/0/1, 3/4/4. Parameters of second system knitting are 0/1/1, 1/0/0. Density of knitting on horizontal is 90-100 stitches/100 mm. Density of knitting on vertical is 200-210 stitches/100 mm. radius of angle rounding is 1.0-1.5 mm. Area of each pad is 150±10 mm2, thickness is 0.8-0.9 mm, superficial density is 570.0-590.0 g/m2. Strength in uniaxial tension in direction of stitch rows is 650.0-670.0 H. Strength in uniaxial tension in direction of stitch columns is 305.5-325.0 H. Elongation in uniaxial tension in direction of stitch rows is 60-80%. Elongation in uniaxial tension in direction of stitch columns is 100-115%. On longitudinal axis of each implant located are two holes at the distance 6±1 mm for passing ligature from polyglycolic filament with diameter 0.350-0.399 mm and 50±5 cm long. On both sides of filament fixed are blunted needles with curvature of 3/8 circumference, 55±5 mm long and radius of sharp tip rounding equal 1/2 of needle thickness.EFFECT: improvement of hemostasis with simultaneous reduction of ischemic injury of compressed section of parenchyma due to local compression of only that section of parenchyma, which is located in projection of each damaged large vessel.5 dwgИзобретение относится к хирургии и урологии и может быть использовано для остановки кровотечения при операциях на таких органах, как печень, селезенка и почки.
