The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing a coating film for cosmetic preparations, in which a coating film having enhanced adhesiveness to the skin is formed by electrostatic spraying. The method for producing a coating film for cosmetic preparations according to the present invention comprises: a cosmetic-preparation application step in which a cosmetic preparation containing at least 10 mass% oil that is solid at 20°C is applied to the skin； and an electrostatic spraying step in which a composition is electrostatically sprayed directly on the skin to form the coating film thereon.
