The powertrain includes an actuator output member supported for rotationabout asecond axis. The powertrain includes a metering input member that is fixed forrotationwith the metering element about the first axis. The actuator output member isengagedwith the metering input member for power transmission from the actuator outputmemberto the metering input member. The first axis is transverse to the second axis.
