The present invention relates to HIV-inhibiting compounds consisting of isatin derivatives of formulae I, II and III, as represented below (formulae I, II and III), wherein, in the formulae I, II and III, R1 is selected from H, CH3 or Cl, R2 is selected from one of the following radicals: zidovudine, amprenavir or an acyclic phosphonate chain, these compounds being represented below. The present invention also relates to the use and to the treatment method using the compounds of formulae I, II and III. The compounds according to the present invention are also used for the treatment of infection caused by HBV or co-infections caused by HIV and HBV.La présente invention concerne des composés inhibiteurs du VIH, comprenant des dérivés d'isatine de formule I, II et III, tels que représentés comme suit (formules I, II et II). Dans les formules I, Ii et III, R1 est choisi parmi H, CH3 ou Cl, R2 est choisi parmi les radicaux suivants : zidovudine, amprénavir ou une chaîne phosphonate acyclique, représentés comme suit. La présente invention concerne également leur utilisation et une méthode de traitement faisant appel à ces composés de formules I, II et III. Les composés de la présente invention sont également utilisés dans le traitement d'une infection causée par le VHB ou dans la co-infection causée par le VIH et le VHB.A presente invenção se refere a compostos inibidores do HIV consistindo de derivados de isatina de fórmulas I, II e III, conforme representados a seguir (fórmulas I, II e III) onde nas fórmulas I, II e III, R1 é selecionado dentre H, CH3 ou Cl R2 é selecionado dentre um dos seguintes radicais: zidovudina, amprenavir ou uma cadeia fosfonato acíclica, representados a seguir. A presente invenção também consiste do uso e do método de tratamento usando os compostos de fórmulas I, II e III. Os compostos da presente invenção também são usados no tratamento de uma infecção causada pelo HBV ou na coinfecção causada pelo HIV e HBV.
