PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated bottom watering device for a flowerpot.SOLUTION: An automated bottom watering device comprises an inner container 1 and an outer container 2. The inner container 1 is shaped such that a side face cross section has an M shape recessed in the shape of a pot container 1-2 and such that the side face has a side face space with a dual structure consisting of a pot container side face and an outer peripheral side face. The pot container 1-2 is an installation site of a flowerpot. A vent hole 1-3 is provided in a lower part of the side face of the pot container 1-2, and a ventilation duct 3 is provided such that a bottom edge is sealingly fixed to the vent hole 1-3 while a top edge is located near the topmost part in the side face space. The inner container 1 is detachably installed in the outer container 2 containing water, so that the side face space with the dual structure in the inner container 1 becomes a water reservoir part 5.
