The opening 23 includes: a longitudinally long area SA extending in the height direction Y and extension areas SB continuing to the outsides of the longitudinally long area SA in a width direction X of the longitudinally long area SA. One of the rubbing balls 37, 38 is arranged in the extension area SB on the basis of the rotation of the arm 33.
