PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat with an awakening maintenance device, capable of efficiently fixing a driving source (for instance, motor) when internally fitting the driving source (for instance, motor) and giving a seated person vibration stimulation.SOLUTION: A seat S with an awakening maintenance device, including an awakening maintenance device U for promoting awakening by giving a seated person physical force is such that: a load support part 20 for supporting the load of the rear face of the seated person is arranged； and the load support part 20 is mounted with a device driving part 5 which constitutes the awakening maintenance device U and gives the seated person physical force.
