To suppress effectively an image horizontal stripe in a radiation image caused by disturbance.SOLUTION: A control device of a radiation image pickup device, comprises: a disturbance source specification part 12a specifying a kind of a disturbance source to be handled; a frequency measurement part 12b measuring a frequency of disturbance generated by the disturbance source; a first adjustment part 13a controlling the disturbance source so as to correspond a period of the disturbance generated by the disturbance source to a prescribed period in accordance with a timing for reading out an electric charge from each photoelectric conversion element of a sensor array; and a second adjustment part 13b controlling a start timing of a reading flow of the electric charge in a mine image acquisition mode or a dark image acquisition mode so as to correspond the reading interval in the same pixel region of a main image and a dark image to the period of the disturbance generated by the disturbance source.
