The present invention relates to a method for MRI imaging to obtain information about a local physiochemical parameter after administration to a patient of a contrast agent comprising at least one non-responsive contrast enhancing entity that does not occur naturally in a human body and at least one responsive contrast enhancing entity attached to or mixed with the non-responsive contrast enhancing entity. By using such non- responsive contrast enhancing entities, a value for the physicochemical parameter can be obtained by acquiring only three images through which the method according to the present invention will be easier to apply in clinical routine since it will be faster and less sensitive to motion or flow artefacts.La présente invention concerne un procédé dimagerie par résonance magnétique permettant dobtenir des informations sur un paramètre physico-chimique local après ladministration à un patient dun produit de contraste composé dau moins une unité non sensible daugmentation des contrastes, non présente naturellement dans lorganisme, et dau moins une unité sensible daugmentation des contrastes fixée à ou mélangée à lunité non sensible daugmentation des contrastes. Lutilisation de telles unités non sensibles daugmentation des contrastes permet dobtenir une valeur du paramètre physico-chimique avec seulement trois images, de sorte que le procédé objet de linvention peut être plus facilement intégré à la routine clinique car il est plus rapide et moins sensible aux mouvements ou artéfacts de flux.
