According to the present invention, the strain, a lysate thereof, and a culture medium thereof minimize side effects of a conventional wrinkle improving agent or inflammation medicine to be safe on skin, protect skin cells against exposure to ultraviolet rays which are a main cause of skin aging, and reduce or inhibit an enzyme causing skin wrinkles to be useful in preventing skin aging and removing wrinkles.
