The tibial resection guide includes a support member having a longitudinal shaft, and a referencing guide coupled to the longitudinal shaft, the referencing guide defining a referencing slot. The tibial resection guide can also include a cutting guide coupled to the longitudinal shaft, the cutting guide defining a cutting slot, the cutting slot positioned at a fixed distance from the referencing slot, and an adjustment mechanism operable to move the referencing guide and the cutting guide along the longitudinal shaft without changing the fixed distance.
