The invention particularly relates to a wearable nebulizer (10), which operates via a rechargeable power source positioned into a power unit (50), without being connected to the electrical system during its functioning. A nebulization unit (30) and the power unit (50) are separated and connected via a connection cable (60). The nebulization unit (30) can be connected to the patient via a mask (20) or a mouthpiece and the power unit (50) can be worn by the patient through wearing means (70). The invention provides, at the same time, a separation of inhalable fine particles (90) from coarse particles (80) in order to make only the fine particles (90) reaching the patient. A collection chamber (40.1) collects the coarse particles (80), which can be afterwards re-introduced into the medicine chamber (30.2) of the nebulization unit (30).Linvention concerne en particulier un nébuliseur (10) portable, qui fonctionne au moyen dune source dalimentation rechargeable placée dans un bloc dalimentation (50), sans être branchée au secteur pendant son fonctionnement. Une unité de nébulisation (30) et le bloc dalimentation (50) sont séparés et reliés par un câble de connexion (60). Lunité de nébulisation (30) peut être reliée au patient par lintermédiaire dun masque (20) ou dun embout buccal et le bloc dalimentation (50) peut être porté par le patient grâce à des moyens de support (70). Linvention concerne également une séparation entre les particules fines (90) inhalables et les particules grossières (80) de sorte que seules les particules fines (90) atteignent le patient. Une chambre collectrice (40.1) recueille les particules grossières (80) qui peuvent ensuite être réintroduites dans la chambre à médicaments (30.2) de lunité de nébulisation (30).
