To provide a paper clamp unit of a dispensing/wrapping apparatus capable of reducing a failure product caused by a biting of medicine into a heat-seal portion of a powder wrapping paper.
SOLUTION: This paper clamp unit 1 includes arms 15 and 15 for use in folding a long powder wrapping paper 4 at its central part in a width direction to form a T-shaped HEAT seal protion 41 by a HEAT seal unit 3 and holding the powder wrapping paper 4 to close around a hopper 2 when medicine supplied through the hopper 2 inserted from an upper opened side immediately upstream of the HEAT seal portion 41 is fed into the powder wrapping paper 4, wherein the extremity ends of the arms 15 and 15 are provided with interference members 18 and 18 and the extremity ends of the interference members 18 and 18 are formed into an L-shape in such a way that a clearance between the HEAT seal portion 41 and the hopper 2 with the HEAT seal unit 3 for the powder wrapping paper 4.
