The device has a support arch (1), a fixing unit and four feet (3), where each foot is provided with a directional caster wheel (4). A posterior moving part comprises one of the feet, and a hinge (8) is provided on a side of the device. The posterior part is attachable with the fixing unit, and a set of casters is allowed to circulate in a slide unit (5). The slide unit is placed in an internal part of the support arch.
