The dermatome with the disk blade for cutting the smooth autodermografts of varying thickness and embossed autodermografts of varying parameters contains the case, the drive shaft, the blade, the attachment with the rim, the protective shield, and the mechanism for adjusting the thickness of the cut layer from 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm. The dermatome contains the limiting plate consisting of the upper and lower parts. The upper part contains the cusps 1.5 mm in width and 2.0 mm in height with spacing of 1.5 mm and is equipped with the mechanism of the displacement relative to the lower part of the limiting plate (0.1-2.0 mm). The lower part of the limiting plate contains the cusps 1.5 mm in width and 2.0 mm in height with spacing of 1.5 mm and is equipped with the mechanism of the displacement relative to the case of dermatome (0.1-2.0 mm). The cusps of the upper part move freely between the spaces separating the cusps of the lower part.
