Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung einer vollständig aus acrylat-basierten Monomeren polymerisierten Haftklebemasse in einer Schichtdicke von ca. 250 μηι und deren Verwendung zur Verklebung auf der menschlichen Haut. Die derart hergestellten Klebefilme weisen eine sichere Haftung auf der menschlichen Haut auf, besitzen trotz der Schichtdicke eine hohe Wasserdampfdurchlässigkeit, wodurch z.B. die Wundheilung begünstigt wird und sind auch nach längerer Tragezeit rückstandsfrei und ohne Schädigung der Haut von dieser wieder ablösbar.The invention relates to the production of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition polymerised entirely from acrylate-based monomers in a layer thickness of about 250 μm and to the use thereof for adhesion to human skin.
