PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual lawn mower which easily changes mowing heights of a lawn with a handle part and thus can reduce labor required by mowing operation.SOLUTION: A manual lawn mower includes: wheels 4 provided at right and left positions of a lawn mower body 2 a rotary blade 6 placed horizontally between the wheels 4 a fixed blade 13 which is provided in the lawn mower body 2 and mows the lawn between itself and the rotary blade 6 a rear part roller 12 provided at a rear part of a lifting arm 11 whose front part is pivoted by the lawn mower body 2 a mowing height adjustment mechanism 20 for adjusting the mowing height of the lawn by the fixed blade 13 and the rotary blade 6 by adjusting the height of the rear part roller 12 and a handle 10 provided in the lawn mower body 2. The mowing height adjustment mechanism 20 has a lifting guide plate 23 changing height positions of the rear part roller 12 by oscillating the rear part of the lifting arm 11.
