PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to install a fence in the case of preventing a harmful animal which may damage crops cultivated in a vegetable field or a forest on mountain from approaching the crops with a conventional fence.SOLUTION: An animal repelling structure 1 comprises a square grid plate which has partitions 23 in each of which the size of a partitioned hole is increased than the tip sizes of the limbs of a repellent target animal 8 by a predetermined margin, and whose effective number in a width direction is set to three or more. The installation height of the square grid plate is adjusted within a range based on the lengths of the limbs of the repellent target animal 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の柵により、田畑や山林で栽培されている作物に被害を与える可能性がある害獣を、作物に近づけない様にすることは、柵を設置することが難しいと言う問題があった。【解決手段】 獣忌避構造体１は、区切られている孔の大きさを忌避対象獣８の肢の先端大きさより所定の余裕を設けて大きくした区切り２３を有し、区切り２３の幅方向の有効個数を３以上にした方形の格子状板を用い、前記方形の格子状板の設置高さを、忌避対象獣８の肢の長さを基準とした範囲内に合わせている。【選択図】図３
