A walk-behind tiller includes a transmission case (30) and a parking brake device (100) which stops a movement of any one or both of the right and left axles (50L, 50R) which protrude from the transmission case (30) to right and left directions, wherein the parking brake device (100) is disposed between the transmission case (30) and any one or both of the right and left axles (50L, 50R), the transmission case (30) is configured with a left case and a right case, a brake mounting member (140) is fixed to the transmission case (30) by utilizing a bolt (32) which fastens the left case and the right case together, the parking brake device (100) has a brake member (120) and a brake member bracket (130) which holds the brake member (120), and the brake member bracket (130) is detachably mounted on the brake mounting member (140).
