PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for a femur fracture which can better treat a proximal femur fracture even when a fracture occurs in the rear wall of the trochanteric region of the femur.SOLUTION: A treatment tool 1 includes: an intramedullary nail 2 which is inserted into the intramedullary cavity of a femur 10 a connection tool 3 which has a screw 30 on the tip part side and which penetrates the intramedullary nail 2 and is screwed obliquely upward toward a head 13 of the femur 10 a support plate 4 which is put on a rear wall 14 of a trochanteric region 12 of the femur 10 and a fixing tool 5 which fixes the support plate 4 to the rear wall 14 of the trochanteric region 12 of the femur 10. The support plate 4 has a bent shape through a bent part 40 and includes: a first part 41 and a second part 42 between which the bent part 40 is sandwiched as a boundary and a first through-hole 43 which is formed in the bent part 40 and into which the connection tool 3 can be inserted. The first part 41 and the second part 42 are formed to cover at least a part of right and left side walls 16, 17 which extend from the rear wall 14 of the trochanteric region 12 of the femur 10, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】大腿骨の転子部の後壁に骨折が生じていても、大腿骨近位部の骨折を良好に治療することができる大腿骨骨折用の治療具を提供する。【解決手段】治療具1は、大腿骨10の髄内腔に挿入される髄内釘2と、先端部側にスクリュー30を有し、髄内釘2を貫通するとともに大腿骨10の骨頭13に向かって斜め上方にねじ込まれる接続具3と、大腿骨10の転子部12の後壁14にあてがわれる支持プレート4と、支持プレート4を大腿骨10の転子部12の後壁14に固定する固定具5とを備える。支持プレート4は、折曲部分40を介して屈曲した形状をなし、折曲部分40を境にした第1部分41及び第2部分42と、折曲部分40に形成された接続具3が挿入可能な第1貫通孔43とを備える。第1部分41及び第2部分42は、それぞれ大腿骨10の転子部12の後壁14から連なる左右の側壁16,17の少なくとも一部分を覆うことが可能なように形成されている。【選択図】図2
