To provide an osteotomy device capable of removing a desired-shaped bone piece by a single cutting operation.SOLUTION: An osteotomy device 1 for cutting a part of a bone comprises a wedge-shaped blade body 10 provided with an upper plate 12 and a lower plate 13 which meet at a predetermined acute angle. The blade body comprises a tip saw blade 11 formed at a tip edge at which the upper plate 12 and the lower plate 13 meet, and a file 15 formed on the surface of the upper plate 12 and/or the lower plate 13.
