Examination comprises two stages. At the first stage, the examination is carried out in a patient lying on the back and in a lateral decubitus position from the intercostal access along the left axillary line. Wherein the area located above the upper poles of the left kidney and spleen, medial to the aorta is estimated. In the absence of signs of neoplasm of the left adrenal gland, the second stage is carried out. At the second stage, the examination is carried out in a patient in a face-down position along the left scapular line from intercostal access. Wherein the area between the kidney and aorta at the front, medial to the upper pole of the left kidney is estimated.
