The bearing tray is detachably connected to the compressible cartridge body. The cartridge with fastening elements comprises a number of bearing retainers, the compressible cartridge body and bearing tray. The compressible cartridge body consists of the compressible haemostatic material. The fastening elements are arranged inside the compressible haemostatic material of the cartridge body.
