An orthotopic artificial bladder endoprosthesis includes a casing defining an enclosure for containing the urine of a patient the casing being made of a PGA fiber fabric two first connectors connected to the casing and connectable to the ureters of the patient to allow the entrance of the urine into the enclosure a second connector connected to the casing and connectable to the patients urethra to allow the outflow of the urine from the enclosure a catheter inserted in the enclosure through the second connector and including a duct and an expandable element in fluid communication with the duct.
