The present invention relates to a food processing device having a steaming function and a drying function. More specifically, the present invention relates to a food processing device capable of performing both a steaming function needing moisture and a drying function for removing moisture on one product. To effectively steam a food, a heater (6) is operated, and only a small quantity of water stored in a heating furnace (10) is temporarily heated by a blocking film (10a), so time is reduced. Steam generated by operations of the heater (6) and the heating furnace (10) passes through multiple laminated trays (11), and changes into water by a difference in temperature while passing through an uneven narrow water screen generating unit (16) formed in an upper water screen generating cap (14). Then, water is gathered, and a water screen phenomenon occurs. Accordingly, through the water screen phenomenon, a discharge of steam to the outside can be minimized, and thus time consumed in completing a steamed product can be remarkably reduced. Moreover, to dry a food, the heater (6) is operated, and moisture of the heating furnace (10) is completely removed. Then, the operation of the heater (6) is stopped, and another heater (6a) is operated to emit heat. Also, a rotation fan motor (2) is operated to rotate a fan and to generate hot air.
