The present invention relates to an arc generating device used in a visible light emitter. The arc generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first motor and a second motor fixedly arranged inside a housing to face each other； a first head and a second head formed to be linearly movable in the longitudinal direction of the housing based on rotation of the first motor and the second motor and arranged to face each other； and a first holder and a second holder coupled to the first head and the second head, respectively to move together based on movement of the first head and the second head. The first holder and the second holder receive a first arc bar and a second arc bar, respectively, and are formed to apply one power source and the other power source to the first arc bar and the second arc bar, respectively. When the first arc bar and the second arc bar are separated from each other after contact due to the movement of the first holder and the second holder, an arc is generated due to a potential difference between the first arc bar and the second arc bar. According to the present invention, a constant amount of light can be generated by maintaining a distance between the two arc bars.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 아크 발생 장치는 가시광선 조사기에 사용되는 아크 발생 장치에 관한 것으로서, 하우징 내부에서 상호 대향되도록 고정 배치되는 제1 모터 및 제2 모터； 상기 제1 모터 및 제2 모터의 회전에 기초하여 상기 하우징의 길이 방향으로 각각 직선 운동 가능하도록 형성되고, 상호 대향되도록 배치되는 제1 헤드 및 제2 헤드； 상기 제1 헤드 및 제2 헤드와 각각 결합되어 상기 제1 헤드 및 제2 헤드의 이동에 기초하여 함께 이동하는 제1 홀더 및 제2 홀더；를 포함하고, 상기 제1 홀더 및 제2 홀더는 각각 제1 아크봉 및 제2 아크봉을 수용하고, 상기 제1 아크봉 및 제2 아크봉에 각각 일측 전원 및 타측 전원을 인가할 수 있도록 형성되고, 상기 제1 홀더 및 제2 홀더의 이동에 의하여 상기 제1 아크봉 및 제2 아크봉이 접촉 후 이격될 경우, 상기 제1 아크봉 및 제2 아크봉 사이의 전위차에 의하여 아크가 발생한다.
