PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonometer that can obtain reliability of measured ocular pressure.SOLUTION: The tonometer includes: an ocular pressure-measuring part 11 for measuring the ocular pressure by blowing a gas to a cornea of an eye to be examined an image acquisition part 12 for photographing the eye to be examined to acquire an image thereof an eyelid specifying part 14 for specifying an outer edge of an eyelid of the eye to be examined after the start of ocular pressure measurement, using a determination image acquired just before the ocular pressure measurement a reliable information generating part 17 for generating reliable information on the reliability of the ocular pressure measured by the ocular pressure-measuring part 11 using the outer edge of the eyelid specified by the eyelid specifying part 14, so that the reliability increases as an eyelid distance, the distance from a center of a region blown by the gas to the outer edge of the eyelid, becomes large and a reliable information output part 18 for outputting the reliable information.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】測定された眼圧の信憑性を得ることができる眼圧測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】被検眼の角膜に気体を吹き付けることによって眼圧を測定する眼圧測定部11と、被検眼を撮影し、被検眼の画像を取得する画像取得部12と、眼圧測定の直前に取得された画像である判断画像を用いて、眼圧測定の開始後に被検眼の瞼の外縁を特定する瞼特定部14と、瞼特定部14が特定した瞼の外縁を用いて、前記気体が吹き付けられる領域の中心から瞼の外縁までの距離である瞼距離が大きいほど信憑性が高くなるように、眼圧測定部11が測定した眼圧の信憑性に関する情報である信憑情報を生成する信憑情報生成部17と、信憑情報を出力する信憑情報出力部18と、を備える。【選択図】図1
