CONSTITUTION: A waterproof cap comprises: a cap body(120) worn on a pet； an upper opening part(140) and a lower opening part(160)； an upper fastening part(180) and a lower fastening part(200) in which wrinkles are formed corresponding to the neck or mouth of animals； and an internal space(220) in which absorption cloth or non-woven fabric is attached.
