The invention relates to a handle (10) for twisting a rod-shaped or tubular rotary body (54), a lifting spindle arrangement (52) and a method for producing such a handle(10). The inventive handle (10) comprises bulges (26,28,30) which extend parallel to an axis (12) while at least partially forming a hollow space(42, 44, 46) around said axis (12). The hollow spaces (42, 44, 46) are used for accommodating the handle on the rotary body (54). A torsion-proof connection between the handle (10) and the rotary body (54) is created via recess (48) on the handle (10) and a protrusion (62) that is embodied on the rotary body (54) and can be made to engage with said recess (48). According to the invention, the bulges (26, 28, 30) are disposed one behind another along the axis (12), at least one bulge (26, 28, 30) being molded in the opposite radial direction relative to an adjoining bulge(26, 28,30). Such a handle (10) is used for adjusting a lifting spindle arrangement (52), e.g. on trailed agricultural implements.
