[Solution] Production of a material for improving endometriosis, the material having aglycone isoflavones provided with an effect for improving endometriosis, and containing aglycone isoflavones that have beans as the raw material by: inoculating beans with koji mold to produce koji； adding water to the product of this koji-production treatment, thereby hydrolyzing the protein in the product and decomposing the glycosides of the isoflavone compounds in the beans； and producing isoflavone compounds that include a large amount of aglycone.[Le problème] De fournir un matériau pour soulager l'endométriose avec lequel il est possible de soulager l'endométriose et qui est un matériau dans lequel des isoflavones d'aglycone sont utilisées, et un procédé de production du matériau. [La solution] La production d'un matériau pour améliorer l'endométriose, le matériau ayant des isoflavones d'aglycone ayant un effet pour améliorer l'endométriose, et contenant des isoflavones d'aglycone dont la matière première est le haricot par : inoculation de haricots avec une moisissure de koji pour produire du koji； ajout d'eau au produit de ce traitement de production de koji, pour hydrolyser la protéine dans le produit et décomposer les glycosides des composés d'isoflavone dans les haricots； et production des composés d'isoflavone qui comprennent une grande quantité d'aglycone.【課題】アグリコン型イソフラボンを利用した素材であって子宮内膜症を改善することのできる子宮内膜症改善用素材およびその製造方法を提供すること。 【解決手段】子宮内膜症を改善する作用を備えたアグリコン型イソフラボンを有すること、並びに、豆類に麹菌を接種して製麹し、この製麹処理による生成物に加水することにより当該生成物中の蛋白質を加水分解するとともに前記豆類中のイソフラボン化合物の配糖体を分解して、アグリコンを多量に含むイソフラボン化合物を生成して、前記豆類を原料としたアグリコン型イソフラボンを含有する子宮内膜症改善用素材を製造すること。
